Armour Cost, Fire it Up. Fridays - Chicken Under A Brick
I never heard of "chicken under a brick" until a few days ago. Armour over the counter, A little skeptical at first (I thought Jeremy was poking fun at my gullible side) until I looked it up myself. Super easy, so I gave it a shot, Armour overnight. Can't be worse than regular oven-roasted chicken. And it wasn't, Armour Cost. Cheap Armour, In fact, it was better. Ingredients
1 whole chicken (roughly 4 lbs.)
fresh rosemary
fresh thyme
kosher salt
ground black pepper
chopped garlic
2 Tbs. olive oil

Directions
